Jason Bell Jason Bell is the Principal Second Violin of the Spokane Symphony and a graduate of the University of Montana. He has performed solos with the Spokane, Glacier and Billings Symphonies. He has also been seated in the violin sections of the Missoula Symphony, Glacier Symphony, and the String Orchestra of the Rockies. His major teachers include: Margaret Nichols-Baldridge, Kurt Sassmannshaus, Piotr Milewski, and Dorothy DeLay. Jason has one of the largest private violin studios in Spokane. His students have won medals in Spokane's Musicfest Northwest Festival, and they have also performed live on KPBX. Jason is also a frequent adjudicator and clinician to the Spokane Youth Orchestra Program. When he's not practicing or teaching, Jason loves spending time with his wife, Dena, and their four cats.
